Frequently Asked Questions
Is this service truly 100% free?
Yes, absolutely obligation-free and free of charge. We want you to see the exact visual impact of our handcrafted flowers in your space before choosing a rental package or bespoke purchase.
What kind of photo works best?
A frontal, eye-level shot of your window or space in natural daylight works best. A standard smartphone camera photo is completely sufficient.
What if we require B1 fire protection certification?
No problem! Just mention this in your notes. All our paper sculptures can be equipped with DIN 4102-1 B1 fire retardant treatment and official contractor declaration for trade fairs (Hamburg Messe / CCH) and malls.
